How do we process payments in RenTheView? Creating a secure payment system and making sure that every step of the process doesn't allow unauthorized people to access your credit card/bank details is not an easy task. Therefore we use a 3rd party system from a company which specializes in payment systems which meet all security requirements. Service fees

RenTheView service fees: In order to keep RenTheView running we charge a 10% service fee from confirmed bookings. Service fee is deducted from hosts when receiveing payment for approved booking. So, if you as a host specify for example the price 20 Euro per hour for your view, you will get paid 18Euros. Guests are not charged any additional fees.
